Latest Discovery


Fagopyritolstm, a series of new chemicals have been discovered from buckwheat through the Minn-Dak Growers Ltd. sponsored research project by Cornell University.  These chemicals have great promise for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of women at their child-bearing ages and type II diabetic (Christopher Williams. M.D., University of Virginia School of Medicine).

Farinettatm (Buckwheat bran and embryo flour) is the richest natural source of Fagopyritols, D-chiro Inositol, Rutin (bioflavonoid/strong antioxidant), high biological value protein comparable with animal proteins (25-35%), high content of lysine, B vitamins, minerals with high iron, high amount of dietary fiber, and vitamin E (especially alpha tocopherol).
